Vintage Fishing Vest & Hat

The vest is vintage, the hat is new and was faded to make it look older. They really look great for a 1970's vintage fisherman.

These were basically the anglers uniform back in the 70's popular with trout fishermen and anyone fishing the banks of a river or lake.

The fleece patch was for attaching flies or small lures to old them in place for easy access. But lures hanging became the norm from vintage fishing hats with spinners and crank bait lures attached.
