The studio space which is approximately 800 square feet is available for use at a daily rate of $800 for up to 12 hours. Or a five day rate at $2500 Monday to Friday based on a maximum crew size of 8 people.
This rate is for studio use only, access to restrooms and studio only with some light stands, flags and floppys. Props and additional gear can be rented for an additional fee.
Access to the lunch room and other areas are not included but are available at an additional fee.
Bring your own sets and props or you can use any of our basic set ups such as a business office, military bunker, science lab, living room, courtroom or any other of our available sets. Sets and props must be requested in advance to allow us to set them up in advance.
There is a 20' wide blue screen is on one side and most of the set pieces are on wheels and can be moved around as needed.
Power is limited to a total of 100 amps total via several 20amp outlets on one side and one 50 amp outlet.
The blue screen is illuminated by an overhead lighting system while the opposite side using the standard ceiling lights.
